Employer/Farm Manager Benefits

KingsUk will take the work load off the Farm manager such as: Employment contact, Overtime, holiday and sickness, tax and NI, redundancy costs. We will adapt the contract to suit you and the way you work.

KingsUK can offer a smoothly run service with a low Introductory Recruitment Fee, as we are an efficient business run from a family home.

 

KingsUK can also offer your own login to our website to update and amend your own vacancies if you wish to.We can also provide someone with less experience with ambition to fill a role in due course and every support would be given in this regard.

Type of contract best suited to your particular farm unit. This can range from a 260 to 365 day contract.

This is usually determined by the availability of relief labour on the farm.

Our contracts are operated on a self-employed basis or fully employed.

Managerial, Assistant and Relief Positions Available;

 

·       Experience essential of dairy farming; ie milking, feeding, AI / fertility and general cow health

·       A good standard of dairy cow husbandry required

·       Must be reliable, enthusiastic & flexible

·       Be able to work within a team and think ahead

·       Experience with working a modern dairy herd inc. DIY AI and computerised record keeping.

·       Accommodation provided in most farms.

·       Tractor driving experience
